Studyum partners with pan-global blockchain investment firm Momentum Media Fund

Announcing our partnership with the Momentum Media Fund

We’ve been busy behind the scenes over here at Studyum HQ but are delighted to announce a transformational partnership with the pan-global Momentum Media Fund.

MMF develops investment projects for highly selected ventures in the blockchain-powered technology space. The firm works in multiple sectors, including DeFi, VR, AR, TV, and NFTs.

Many MMF ventures leverage unique relationships with leading brands, institutions, cultural icons, athletes, and celebrities. In this area, the company will work with Studyum to co-develop and execute fundraising and NFT distribution strategies.

Part of a multimedia group of companies, Momentum Media Fund also has plans to promote Studyum across various investment platforms and events. One such event will be the upcoming exclusive NFT Blue digital art expo, taking place as a part of the major Bitcoin Miami 2021 conference June 4–5.

Speaking of the partnership, Studyum’s CEO, Igor Dyachenko, commented:

‘The MMF team are global players when it comes to developing and promoting blockchain investment partnerships. Their no-nonsense approach to business is dressed with real flair and personality. They’re an awesome team to work with, and we’re lucky to have them on board.’

MMF has already begun work in advance of the Studyum IDO (Initial Dex Offering) at the end of June.

About Studyum

Studyum connects quality learning, teaching, and training, on a level never seen before. Combining AI, facial recognition, and smart-chat, the learning management system will customize students’ needs in real-time. With Studyum, the student decides how and when they want to learn.

The company intends to incorporate NFT gamification for its students. Besides uploading content in 2D or 3D, educators will create unique NFT collectible cards, which students can then buy, trade, and swap.

Studyum’s IDO will launch on Uniswap on the 23rd of June this year.
